{"id":48,"date":"2014-01-20T17:07:14","date_gmt":"2014-01-20T17:07:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/qualityaction.eu\/wordpress\/?p=48"},"modified":"2020-11-20T09:02:16","modified_gmt":"2020-11-20T09:02:16","slug":"timeline","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.quality-action.eu\/wordpress\/?p=48","title":{"rendered":"Timeline"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>QUALITY ACTION TIME LINE<\/h1>\n<p>Activities can be divided into three main phases, each about 12 months long:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Year 1:<\/strong> Promoting and organising participation and dissemination, getting quality improvement tools and training packages ready, preparing data collection and building expert and policy networks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Year 2:<\/strong> Translating materials, organising regional training events, organising local workshops and application of tools, using the tools on HIV prevention projects and programmes, collecting results and evaluation data.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Year 3:<\/strong> Analysing results, developing the Charter for Quality and the Policy Kit, making final revisions to tools, training packages and other materials, holding the final conference, disseminating results and products, reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Below you will find a schematic overview that sets out when which of the activities were planned to take place.
